Job Description

As a Property Performance Analyst at One Vision Housing, you will support the Asset Planning and Data Manager with reviewing the performance of all assets within the Group to ensure all any identified expenditure via investment programmes is viable and value for money.

The post holder will also complete the necessary option appraisals required to review the medium to long term future of the asset and will also be required to review trends across asset management to ensure value for money and reduce inefficiencies. In addition the post holder will also assist with energy performance data and securing grant funding

You will be Degree educated (or equivalent), have experience of creating reports highlighting the NPV of the housing stock and developing strategies to create solutions to any poor performing properties. Along with this, you will require a high level of data analytic skills in order to manipulate large volume of data to identify trends and proven track record of undertaking option appraisals to housing stock and assisting in formulating strategies for improvements.
