We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Construction & Major Works to support the MHA Development team in the delivery of Affordable and Market Housing projects.
You should be technically competent, with knowledge of modern methods of construction and provide onsite construction/project monitoring services for New Build, Modernisation and Component Replacement contracts.

Monmouthshire Housing Association's main purpose is to provide and manage affordable homes in Monmouthshire for people who need them. The Association manages and maintains around 3,600 homes and 290 leasehold properties, as well as large numbers of garages and other land around and within our estates.
To contribute to Welsh Government’s commitment to build 20,000 new homes, MHA has a challenging 5-year development programme to build a minimum of 600 new homes. The programme includes homes for rent, low cost home ownership and open market sales.
We have a dedicated development team of ten, whom, with the support of external professionals, are responsible for delivering the new homes development programme which includes S.106 Affordable allocations, Rural Exception sites, Social Housing and Private Housing for Sale.
Last year we delivered 90 units and this year we are delivering 130 units of both social and open market homes for sale. We have a significant forward pipeline of projects beyond 2020.
