Now for the Detail

As a key member of the Asset Management team the post holder will primarily be responsible for assisting the team in collecting, collating, analysing and managing asset performance data across the property portfoli o. In addition, the post holder will coordinate, schedule and rearrange appointments for surveyors and external contractors whilst carrying on consultation with customer including mail merges, phone calls and emails. . It will be fast, it will be challenging, but it will also be rewarding. Your flexible can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer.
