Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant with corporate responsibility to support the ongoing success of Hundred Houses Society. This is a new role within the organisation, giving the successful candidate a great opportunity to develop and shape the position.

Providing administrative and secretarial support for both the Executive Operations Director and the Executive Resources Director, this role will work closely with the Governance Assistant and Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive. Key duties will include proactive diary management, preparing for and attending meetings, providing accurate minute/note taking, managing phone calls, emails and post as well as arranging and booking travel and accommodation.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have a level of numeracy and literacy to Grade C or above in GCSE English and Mathematics.

Experience in a PA role or similar, or significant experience in an administrative or secretarial role is essential; working to deadlines and planning and organising work effectively, including creating and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication and active listening skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English, is essential. The successful candidate will be proactive, using their initiative to be able to work effectively with others and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
