The Detail

We are seeking a Neighbourhood Services Graduate to #BePartOfIt at the UK’s Best Place to Work for 2021.

As a Neighbourhood Services Graduate within One Vision Housing you’ll take a proactive approach to achieving outcomes regards income maximisation, allocations, and tenancy and estate management, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. You’ll be aiming to provide first point resolution whether that be face-to-face, phone, e-mail, letter or text customer enquiries.

It will be fast, it will be challenging, but it will be an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant award-winning team.

Your positive and self-motivated attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer. It’ll also set you on the right track for a rewarding career within our Neighbourhood Services department.
