As a Land Manager with Sovini, you will:
Identify and secure land opportunities for The Sovini Group, in order to facilitate the delivery of ambitious growth plans.
Be expected to manage and maintain a healthy land bank for future developments.
Source land that is suitable for development through your own network of contacts
Develop strong relationships with investors, local authorities, agents and consultants who will assist in bringing new opportunities forward.
Play a key role in managing the land appraisal software, reviewing and providing recommendations on similar development software to ensure pre-planning risk is minimised.

Be educated to degree standard or equivalent,
Have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Land Manager
Have an established network of local contacts related to land ownership and sourcing
Have experience of New Build Housing and Land purchase
Knowledge of housing software including Land Insight and Porval
The ability to formulate and negotiate offers
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle in order to visit Land in the Merseyside area
