At a time of considerable transformational change, we are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Team at 4040 Lakeside, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham.

This post is responsible for working collaboratively with Senior Managers to provide effective human resources solutions that enhance the organisation’s performance along with overseeing the management of the Central HR team to ensure effective delivery of recruitment and transactional services.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have proven experience of:

  • Managing complex ER issues
  • Developing modern HR Policies and Procedures in line with employment related legislation
  • Managing effective and consistent recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting managers through change and restructuring programmes
  • HR management information systems

You will have the ability to work collaboratively with managers and colleagues to build strong relationships, manage and motivate a team and be qualified to CIPD (Level 7).
