Job Description

Sovini are looking for a HR Apprentice to ensure the highest level of support to the People & Learning team with regards to all HR and Learning & Development (L&D) administration and to gain experience in key areas of HR and L&D such as recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits and Learning. This role will involve liaising with members of staff across the organisation, external organisations as required and members of the public.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate must have good standard of education specifically literacy and numeracy with experience of computerised systems. You must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to develop new skills. A high degree of confidentiality and an ability to meet deadlines is an essential skill the successful candidate.
