We are looking for a Home Ownership Manager (Customer Facing) (1 post) to join our Home Ownership team. Interviews for short listed candidates will take place on 28th January 2022

In this role you will manage a team of Home Ownership Specialists delivering services to schemes across a range of dispersed sites to ensure customers receive a professional, cost effective and high quality management service. Through the team you will deliver an excellent leasehold management service that delights our customers, while providing value for money that reflects the needs and requirements of their property and estate.

Working collaboratively with colleagues from Finance, Property and our external contractors, you will manage the budgets, resources and priorities of the team and their portfolio ensuring effective and efficient use of resources to deliver agreed performance and customer satisfaction. You will monitor and report on performance against targets to encourage continuous improvement ensure suitable arrangements are developed and put in place to allow for external assurance and validation of the landlord’s and managing agent compliance obligations to its customers, including monthly scheme inspections.

It is essential you have a experience of delivering effective leasehold management functions, and managing customer friendly but well controlled home purchase schemes. You should have an in depth knowledge of relevant legislation with excellent knowledge of variable service charges, and of managing agency services. A demonstrable commitment to deliver exceptional customer service will be essential that also demonstrates your excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence external partners and customers.

This role is home based and there is no requirement to attend the office daily, but you will be required to attend neighbourhoods and/or sites as required to fulfil duties of the role.
