We have an exciting opportunity for an Garage Lettings and Technical Support Officer to join our Garage Team. This key role will work with the Garages and Markets Manager and the Assistant Garages and Markets Manager in Stevenage Direct Services, to provide a high quality day to day management of the Garage Section; liasing with tenants, letting out garages, chasing the arrears and promoting the garages.
To be successful in this role, it would be desirable to have customers service, marketing and business experience. The marketing of the garages will play a key part in this role in helping to develop and deliver a marketing strategy and monitor key performance indicators.
