Your role will be to lead on the delivery of a clean, safe and tidy environment in and around SLH’s Tenants homes, working together with local authorities to promote a tidy neighbourhood. You will receive and respond to service requests related to environmental offences such as fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles, dog fouling or household waste issues, ensuring that procedures and legal requirements are followed as required. The successful candidate will lead on a neighbourhood approach to climate change, supporting education initiatives and action in instances of adverse weather. In addition, you will attend group meetings as required to consider queries in relation to partnership projects.
To be successful you will have a good level of general education, and have worked within a safeguarding environment previously. You will also have experience of monitoring project impact and measuring outcomes and outputs. Furthermore, you must have the ability to prioritise your own workload, along with the ability to work well as part of a team. This role would suit a resilient and reliable individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
