Environmental Cleaner (Fixed Term)

We are looking to appoint a motivated individual to join our Grounds and Estate Maintenance Service (GEMS) cleaning team.
This is a full time role; the successful candidate will form part of the mobile cleaning team providing cleaning services to the communal areas across our housing stock. You will be provided with a company vehicle to enable you to travel between sites.
This post is a fixed-term contract until December 2019.
Reporting to the area supervisor, the successful candidate will need to work to a high standard and within agreed timescales, whilst working as part of a team and delivering the very best standards of service to our customers.
We are seeking an individual with proven skills and experience in cleaning properties within social housing or a similar sector. Good communication skills along with a strong sense of customer service are also essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be proactive, with the ability to work as part of a team and carry out strenuous physical tasks on a daily basis, and able to participate in an out-of-hours rota as required.
