We are looking for a lettings coordinator to join our team in Basingstoke. This a fixed term role for 6 months, working 37 hours a week working in a smart working set up across both the office and from home! Want to know what we can offer you?

Here’s the facts abo ut the role:



As an Assistant letting coordinator, you’ll provide an efficient admin support service to the Lettings team. You’ll be working within agreed procedures, including completion and submission of Core Data, uploading of tenancies post sign up, compliance checking and assistance with pre-tenancy checks. You’ll also gain an understanding of the Lettings processes and procedures.

You’ll carry out a wide range of admin tasks, including (but not limited to):



Checking all documentation is on system following properties being let

Ensuring contents insurance UDC is updated on system

Checking tenancies are set up in correct names and matches Tenancy Agreement and ID

Creation of tenancies on system within timescales

Complete CORE forms with correct information

Provide support to Lettings Co-ordinators as needed



You’ll create strong relationships with other teams to provide a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers. Making sure that customers and colleagues are provided with the right information they need.

You’ll work reactively as well as proactively which is where your prioritising and time management skills will be imperative. You’ll have a passion to deliver service excellence and be a strong team player, who works equally as well using own initiative. And with minimal supervision.
