Assistant HR Business Partner – Fixed Term

Sovini are looking for an Assistant HR Business Partner to provide an effective and efficient HR service, managing and developing the HR & Payroll system and assisting the HR Business Partner with employment issues to ensure that customer and corporate objectives are met to a high standard.
The successful candidates must be CIPD qualified or working towards it with experience of advising and training managers in HR related issues. Experience in developing and maintaining HR systems specifically I-Trent (HR System) and a sound knowledge of employment law and best practice. You must have the ability to foster effective working relationships within the organisation and be able to work effectively in a pressured environment.
