The Detail

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to #BePartOfIt at the UK’s Best Place to Work for 2021.

As an Assistant Branch Manager within Sovini Trade Supplies you’ll take a proactive approach to assisting our branch team in delivering a continual high standard customer service experience, implementing operational process efficiencies, motivating, and mentoring the team to improve and maximize staff potential and skill sets. You’ll be aiming to provide first point resolution whether that be face-to-face, phone, e-mail, letter or text customer enquiries.
