If you care about good customer service, if you’re a hands-on learner and you want to really sink your teeth into a new challenge, then this apprenticeship is for you. It’s also great way to earn while you learn!
You’ll work alongside experienced professional customer experience advisors, gaining valuable practical experience and getting to know your customers. You’ll also spend time with our external trainers, all working towards your level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
After a year you’ll be able to confidently meet our customer needs. Whether it be by telephone, email, social media or post. And you’ll be proud of the quality of customer experience that you provide. You’ll also have gained great experience of working in the housing industry.

We offer an excellent benefits package, including 26 days holiday a year (plus bank holidays). And more importantly, the starting salaries are the national minimum wage as opposed to the lower apprenticeship rate!
