Virtual training passes can save you money on booking places across our virtual training courses and events. The passes reduce each individual place to £175 + VAT instead of the usual price quoted on our website.

 

The main benefits of the virtual training pass are:

 

• Buy in bulk and pay in advance so no individual purchase orders to be raised for each course and no individual invoices to be processed
• Save money as places are discounted
• The pass is valid for up to 12 months and can be used on any of our one-day virtual training courses or virtual events
• Pick and choose when you use the pass and better control your spending with HQN

 

The way it works:

 

As soon as you purchase a virtual training pass, we’ll receive a notification. We’ll assign you a passcode to quote whenever you make a booking and want to use the training pass. The passcode can be shared with anyone within your organisation, or you can keep it to yourself and a select number of colleagues. Our website will keep track of how many places you have left.

 

We’re finding that this way of booking is saving our customers a lot of time when the usual approach is to send invoices per course booked, a process we understand can be time-consuming for accounts teams, raising POs through the system, etc.

 

The 12 months starts from when the pass is purchased and there’s currently no limit on how many passes can be purchased per year.

 

Passes can be used to book places on any virtual training course or virtual event.

 

Price options (Members of any HQN network):

• 5 places – £875 + VAT
• 10 places – £1,750 + VAT
• 20 places – £3,500 + VAT
• 50 places – £8,750 + VAT

 

Price options (Non-members):

• 5 places – £1,000 + VAT
• 10 places – £2,000 + VAT
• 20 places – £4,000 + VAT
• 50 places – £10,000 + VAT
