Performance benchmarking

The major performance benchmarking exercise is carried out over summer each year and covers overall user satisfaction, satisfaction with services and repairs, repairs performance, service charge collection performance, arrears collection performance, and other performance issues. Two sub-reports are now published – one for the local authority/ALMO sector and one for the housing association sector.
