    Job Title: Neighbourhood Management Co-ordinator (Permanent)

    Hours: 30 hours over 4 days per week – Part time (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs)
    Salary: £20,270 per annum

    Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich.

    Flexibility to work from a variety of places including our office at Gadbrook Park, Northwich and home (dependent on the job role and the needs of our customer, our organisation and our teams).

    The Opportunity

    This role will provide crucial administrative support across several teams including Lettings, Tenancy Enforcement and Support & Wellbeing. The role will also support some of the Trust’s administrative functions around Safeguarding.

    We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills. The role will require you to liaise with staff and customers over the telephone, inputting data as required using Microsoft packages (Word & Excel) therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are an essential requirement for this position.

    What Will You Do?

    Provide an effective and efficient co-ordination and administration service to Trust customers in relation to Tenancy Change requests.

    Actively support the Trust’s administration responsibilities in relation to Safeguarding.

    Responsible for the administration and processing of Food Bank referrals for Trust Customers.

    Use a person-centred approach, adapt our response to both Neighbourhood and Customer Needs, resulting in thriving communities with sustainable tenancies and increased customer satisfaction.

    Requirements For This Role*

      • 3 Grade GCSE 4-9 / A* – C (including English) or equivalent level of qualification or experience.
      • Effective communicator, verbally and in writing, with a wide range of individuals.
      • Self-motivated ability to organise and adapt to varying workloads and balance competing priorities.
      • Experience of using different IT platforms to analyse and interrogate data to drive efficiencies.

    The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
