New technology and innovations in asset management means that the way local authorities and housing providers procure contracts and measure success is changing.

Property services company Liberty is hosting the best practice group in partnership with HQN to debate how the property services sector can transform its approach to procurement to deliver stronger relationships with clients and improve customer outcomes and efficiencies.

The event will explore:

  • The current property services landscape and the rapidly changing environment facing the sector
  • The limitations of traditional procurement processes and how procurement in the sector can change to provide greater flexibility, meet changing client needs and customer focused outcomes
  • The shift towards outcome focused contracts to facilitate more investment and collaboration in the sector
  • The benefits of a systems thinking approach.
