The Mental Health Foundation has been running an awareness week for the past 21 years. This year it will be more important than ever as we all know how difficult the past few months have been and the toll that it has had on mental wellbeing.
The week is all about starting conversations about mental health and the things in our daily lives that can affect it. It is a chance to talk about any aspect of mental health that people want to – regardless of the theme.
