We will also look at the best way to ensure that the feedback you give to others is heard and acted upon without causing any negativity.

The course will equip you to get better at asking those around you what you need to change or do better – and then do it. The trouble is most of us find is it’s very difficult to ask for, accept and act on feedback. If you can master this, being your best self is so much more attainable.
