Lets take a look at your wellbeing and the support you get. There’s a perception of safety and security in following everything to the letter and in routine. Being in the same role, for a long time provides comfort and familiarity. And it’s easy to hide behind frameworks and rules in order to manage targets and people.

But is this the right approach for these uncertain and challenging times? Is there a better way?

Are the people you manage and the people you provide a service to in the same routines? Exposed to the same internal and external challenges they were a few months or years ago? If not how have things changed for them?

How is, and should, management be changing to adapt and embrace this, and enable people to maintain personal and professional stability through change, and to flourish?

This interactive session will focus on and explore:

    • The changing nature of society and housing
    • Accepting and understanding change – making it something positive
    • Understanding why people and lives are different
    • What we think people need versus what they really need
    • Why being in tune with society is so important
    • How one size, or style, doesn’t fit all, and that flexibility and understanding is the key to managing people in the way they need.

People are changing. And people were never the same, we will never be the same, we are all unique.

In the past management was focused on business models, performance analysis. It was structured. Rigid. But now we need to understand more about society, what is affecting people and how it might manifest. What is worrying people, how priorities might be changing, and that mental health is a huge factor in personal and organisational stability, growth, and success.
