Value for Money masterclass 2019
- Type HQN Event
- Venue Birmingham
- Start 02 May 2019 11:00
- End 02 May 2019 14:00
Need some help with what the VfM Standard and Code of Practice really means for your organisation?
Come along to our practical VfM workshop to gain a better understanding of what the Regulator of Social Housing expects.
Do you have all the bases covered on VfM?
While housing associations no longer need to produce a VfM self-assessment, they will need to meet the reporting requirements of the VfM Standard. This includes the publishing of performance data in annual accounts against metrics set out by the regulator, and how it compares to your peers.
Not only that but providers are also able to set performance targets to reflect your business and social objectives.
Delivered by HQN's Housing Finance Network lead associate Ian Parker, this half-day masterclass will help you analyse the information published in your financial statements and identify the further actions you need to take.
To ensure you get 'optimal benefit' from the day, Ian will also be on-hand to answer your specific VfM queries. You can send your questions to us in advance at email@example.com
- What you need to report in the financial statements
- How to choose a peer group
- How do you prove to the RSH that VfM is important to your organisation
- How to use the HQN model to generate the VfM metrics.
