Leading change

Change. It's ironic that it seems to be the only constant in organisational life. All too often change brings disruption, poor performance and an uncomfortable negative atmosphere, which isn't good for anyone. But change can be a force for good. It can drive innovation, motivate great thinking and lead to better ways of achieving success.

This workshop explores change from a variety of angles. Whether you are instigating change, and most of us are at some level, or dealing with change initiated by others, this session will look at core principles to consider how to make those processes more positive. The links to the Art of Leadership will be seen as we go deeper into how we achieve the balance between task and people whilst looking at emotional responses, culture, resilience, strategic thinking and relationship management. All key components of Leading Change.

Only 30 places available so book now.
