|Current||'Ask the members' summary – Sharing of cleaning services||One of our SEN members are looking for help with the following “ask the members” question: Have any local authorities re-classified their properties in terms of reducing the number of bedrooms due to the Welfare Reform “bedroom tax”? If so, what criteria have they used, ie, disabled adaptations, through floor lifts, etc? Does anyone have a policy/procedure for doing this, incorporating a review period and/or challenge?
