Rob Gershon Rob Gershon

Rob Gershon is a social housing tenant, full time carer and housing blogger. He posts opinion pieces on 24 Housing, commenting on housing from a tenant's point of view. He joined The Residents' Network as an associate in January 2016.

Elaine Warwick

Elaine Warwick Elaine Warwick

Elaine has worked in resident engagement for over 20 years and still feels as passionate about it as she did then. Her experience in the role at bpha helps her see both sides when meeting with residents and with staff to discuss housing issues at the Residents' Network. She also works alongside Jan from Clarion as part of the national Tackling Stigma in Social Housing group. This campaign supports housing providers to run their in-house projects. She lives in Bedfordshire, and has four grown up children and three grandchildren.
