Rob Gershon Rob Gershon

Rob Gershon is a social housing tenant, full time carer and housing blogger. He posts opinion pieces on 24 Housing, commenting on housing from a tenant's point of view. He joined The Residents' Network as an associate in January 2016.

Stephen Cook

Stephen Cook Stephen Cook

Stephen Cook is a freelance housing consultant using his extensive and practical experience to help improve governance within housing organisations. (In a previous life he was chief executive of a stock transfer housing association.) Making sure the tenants’ voice is heard in the board room is a key part of his work, along with helping individuals gain the skills and confidence to engage with their landlord at all levels. Stephen joined the Residents’ Network as an associate in March 2018. Outside of work Stephen is a board member for a Bristol based housing association; an independent member of a south-west association’s audit committee and a life-long Bristol Rovers fan.
