About us

The Leasehold Network is the boldest specialist network for leasehold practitioners in the sector. We formally drive the network to ensure a consistent flow of outputs, information, activities and research & benchmarking.

About us

It is the resource for everyone working with leaseholders in social housing and wanting to improve service delivery, increase leaseholder satisfaction and deliver value for money.

It helps you to compare policy and practice, to measure and evaluate performance and costs, and to identify innovations and apply these to your services.

It actively promotes ideas and facilitates the exchange and sharing of information.

Every member of staff involved with leaseholders and homeowners will benefit, whether it’s your day job, or just a small part of it, including:

  • Leasehold and homeownership specialists
  • Service charge experts
  • Generic housing managers
  • Repairs and maintenance teams
  • Financial and legal staff.
