We have two fixed term roles within the Housing and Investment department at a time of extraordinary change within the organisation. It is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our transformation and excellent service delivery.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Team Leaders with a strong background in  leading , managing, developing, motivating, supporting and encouraging staff to be their very best both individually and as a team as well as a commitment to providing excellent tenancy management services within a performance management framework. The successful candidates will have technical understanding of tenancy management and relevant legislation and be able to lead a team through a change process effectively to drive performance and to continuously improve services to our tenants and customers.
