Job Description

We are a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live. We manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and our residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly-redeveloped Property Services Team. We are looking for a Property Services Assistant based within our head office in Chester. You will provide the team with administrative support and deliver a customer focused and compliant service within set timescales and standards.

Your remit will cover addressing incoming queries, carrying out administration, monitoring and reporting activities for projects within the maintenance programme and providing assurance through the upkeep of data management systems, policies, processes and programmes.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a suitably qualified administrator with previous contract administration experience. You will be a highly efficient communicator with strong skills in relationship building and be able to showcase experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. The right person will be a problem solver, analytical, cope well working to strict deadlines, confident working independently and as part of a team and will be skilled at using Microsoft Office.

  • Pay: £20,000 Annually
