Job Description

Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking a proven and dynamic Leasehold Income Officer who will be responsible for collecting outstanding income from our 1400 Leseholders. This includes signposting, making payment arrangements, issuing NoSP’s, and taking all necessary actions to achieve and report on our corporate income collection target.

In addition, this role will be responsible for collecting payments in respect of the £50m major refurishment contract (following the Section 20 progress) which is about to be delivered across our blocks over the next 5 years.
