Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Green Spaces Team. Working on a job share basis, the successful candidate will take forward our green spaces projects and events from inception through to launch, whilst working in collaboration with the residents of Stevenage to ensure we continue to deliver parks and green spaces that the town can be proud of. This role encompasses everything to do with the management and development of our green space projects including play area improvement plans, working towards Green Flag accreditation, organising our annual Teddy Bears Picnic, and supporting our volunteers. This is a real opportunity to make our green spaces even better for the Stevenage community.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a project management role with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivery. Although previous experience of working in a play park design environment is desirable it is not essential.
