The Sovini Group are seeking a Graduate Property Surveyor.

The Graduate post will assist with the management of a wide variety of asset management functions across a diverse number of contracts including grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and specialist repair works, all based within an award winning OVH client team.
The Property Surveying function responsibility covers a diverse group portfolio of over 13,000 properties with the team processing approximately 1400 voids and 40,000 reactive repairs every year.
There is an opportunity to work closely with several OVH / Sovini award winning teams including Sovini Property Services, Sovini Development, Carroll Build and Sovini Trade Supplies.
There will be a requirement for analysis and follow up of three published monthly reports;
* No access
* Volume of jobs by cost & volume
* Reactive repairs raised in the first three months after letting
The successful candidate will have study based knowledge of the built environment and will be conversant with legislative requirements in relation to landlords consultative and repairing requirements and be up to date with industry standard best practice including contract compliance.
Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt to any housing or maintenance applications, are essential. A strong commitment to team working and data analytical skills are required along with excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills.
