The Sovini Group are seeking a Fleet Management Graduate.

The Fleet Management Graduate will assist in the management of the Groups fleet activities on a daily basis and to provide support / cover for the Group Fleet Manager. You will also assist with recording and investigating all vehicle accidents, site audits and vehicle inspections and participate in various consultation meetings and initiatives for future development of the Groups Fleet requirements.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with some experience of fleet management and supplier negotiation. A knowledge of the logistics industry would be desirable along with a knowledge of fleet management. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise are essential along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a flexible 'can do' approach. Good to excellent IT skills inclosing MS Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication and team working skills, the importance of good customer service and the ability to manage their time and prioritise workload. We are looking for someone with passion and a can do attitude who will develop over the course of the apprenticeship.
