Job Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Finance Officer to join our Rent & Service Charges team based at our Head Office in Chester. We are looking for somebody who has good organisational skills, is able to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met and has excellent attention to detail. You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will help to ensure the accurate and timely processing of service charges for leaseholders and shared owners and assist in preparing management accounts to monitor the cost of services. The role will provide support and cover to other members of the Finance team as required.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of A-Level (ideally AAT) or have relevant experience in a similar role and this would suit someone with a good knowledge of Financial Accounting Systems. A good working knowledge of Excel is required for this role, as is the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of audiences, including leaseholders.
