We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our Customer Engagement Team.
As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will support the Customer Engagement team to develop, promote and manage the Council's customer experience process, to ensure the views of our tenants and customers are instrumental in the delivery and improvement of services. You will be the lead officer for the Tenant Scrutiny Group and will also help to deliver a Council wide digital inclusion programme.
You will need to be innovative, proactive and committed to providing high quality services. You will also have a successful track record of dealing with and building relationships with customers and difficult to reach groups.
You will analyse, measure and collate feedback to monitor, develop and improve services. You will also have excellent communication and IT skills, which you will use to present complex information in a number of different formats to different audiences.

Please note that an assessment centre for this role is scheduled to take place on the afternoon of Thursday 12 April 2018, followed by interviews on Tuesday 17 April 2018.
