Sheltered and supported housing - client needs and risk assessments

The sheltered and supported housing sector is seeing increasing pressure to prioritise those in greatest need, and begin the support relationship with up-to-date and accurate information. Carrying out effective needs and risk assessments will become an essential role for support providers. Staff will therefore need to develop an understanding of how to quickly engage with clients, gather accurate information and establish the need for support.
