HQN’s Rent Income Annual Conference hits record attendance numbers

With a raft of welfare changes around the corner, this year’s timely RIEN annual conference has been a huge hit with both RIEN members and non-members alike.

The conference has hit record booking numbers of over 170 housing professionals, who’ll travel from around the country to gather in London on Thursday 12 October 2017 and hear from our line-up of first-class speakers.

The core themes …

  • Preparing for and delivering results under UC full service – how do you do it?
  • Latest developments on welfare reform and the future direction
  • New ways of working to improve collection, boost customer engagement and reduce costs
  • Supporting residents’ financial wellbeing as a tool to improve performance.

Here’s what some of last year’s delegates had to say...

‘Enjoyed it, good networking and lots of useful tips & informative to implement.’ Cath Stocks, Nottingham City Homes.

‘Great speakers and superb opportunity to network.’ Natalie Patten, Ipswich Borough Council.

‘Great conference! Very informative, have taken away great ideas.’ Lauren O'Mara, Homes for Haringey.

The conference, which will be sponsored by allpay, bacs and Mobysoft, is being run by HQN’s specialist Rent Income Excellence Network (RIEN). RIEN offers members regular opportunities to network and share best practice with others in the sector, topical and informative briefings, event discounts, and much more.
