10 things about transformation and change from #HQNFlight

We would like to thank everyone who attended our, ‘Business transformation, taking flight’ event in Brighton on Wednesday 11 October 2017.

Our inaugural business transformation conference featured some excellent presentations from our speakers. Highlights included Paul Taylor from Bromford Housing Group on how to avoid common failures in business transformation, Rob McWilliam on ensuring the customer is always put first, and Emma McGowan from FutureGov on designing customer services for the digital age, with empathy at the core. There were also some intriguing demonstrations of future technologies brought to the conference by HACT.

The day was rounded off with a trip in the British Airways i360. Thankfully the weather cleared up for the ascent, presenting delegates with some stunning views of Brighton and the south coast.

Paul Taylor has posted what he considers to be the 10 main talking points from the day on his blog for Bromford Lab, and you can find out what they are here.

If you missed the day then you can attend our latest batch of Business Transformation Group workshops, which we are holding across the country and are free to Housing Quality Network members. For more information on each event please visit our upcoming events page here.
