IFSM-accredited fire risk assessor training - tailored specifically for sheltered schemes, extra care facilities and residential care homes in England

IFSM -accredited fire risk assessor training

Every housing provider should have someone who fully understands and can identify the hazards and risks from fire – it’s important for your organisation and a personal development opportunity for you.

Following the success of our IFSM-accredited fire risk assessor training course for high- and low-rise tower blocks, we’ve worked hard to develop a similar course that addresses the issues associated with sheltered schemes, extra care facilities and residential care homes in England and Wales.

Bob Evans, fire safety specialist will deliver this three-day course. With over 30 years’ experience in the Fire Service and over 14 years as a fire safety consultant, Bob has both the knowledge and the practical experience.

What previous delegates have said about this course…

“A well paced course and really well pitched. The practical assessment was very well managed”

Paul Kennedy, Head of Health, Safety & Environment, The Riverside Group Ltd

“I found the training very informative and now feel confident to carry out a thorough fire risk assessment”

David Owen, Asset Surveyor, Cartrefi Conwy

“Really added to my knowledge of FRA and did not majorly overlap the flat FRA course”

Jane Johnson, Health and Safety Advisor, Aspire Housing

The Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) has accredited this course.

Please note that this is a three-day course.
